Shipping is free to all Mainland UK destinations, with the exception of the following postcodes in the Scottish Highlands: -
IV3-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-40, PH60.
For delivery to these postcodes, an additional charge will apply, which we will inform you of before proceeding with your order.
We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order and full payment under normal circumstances. If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will endeavour to keep you informed by email. If your order is ready for dispatch earlier, we will always send it as soon as we are able to.
If payment is made via Cheque then items will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
For reasons of security, where payment is made by credit or debit card, we will only ship goods to the billing address of the card used to make payment, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Where specific arrangements are made you may be required to provide us with proof of identity or address. Whilst inconvenient, this is an important measure to protect the security of our customers. If a different shipping address is entered, and specific arrangements have not been made with us, payment will still succeed but the order WILL be manually cancelled and refunded, less a 2% admin charge.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, our goods carry a standard 12 months Parts & Labour warranty.
Kingdom Catering Equipment Ltd will only accept returned goods that have been damaged during transit or found to be faulty upon their arrival with the customer.
The customer is strongly advised to check for damages and faults immediately upon arrival of goods and before they sign for the goods.
Before returning any goods which may be damaged or faulty it is essential that the customer calls our sales office on 01333 426262 to obtain a returns number. Once advised a member of our staff will forward a Returns Note Label or a returns number direct to the customers address where the goods were delivered.
The goods must be appropriately packaged and the Returns Note Label or Returns Number attached to the package.
Any goods returned without a Returns Note Label or Returns Number will be automatically rejected.
Notification of returning damaged or faulty goods must be done within 24 hours of receipt of goods by telephoning 01333 426262 or e mail us at sales@kcel.biz. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
If notified out-with this period, no replacements or refunds will be made to the customer. There will be no exceptions.
Our re-stocking charge is a standard £75.00 + VAT per item plus actual carriage costs should you wish us to arrange collection.
When collection is required it is necessary to notify us when the goods are ready and allocate two alternative dates for collection, should the carrier arrive on the agreed dates and collection is denied or refused, a £15 + VAT failed collection charge will be incurred.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made by the same method that you made your original payment.
We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
